datalabbit（以下「当社」といいます）は、ikuji（以下「本アプリ」といいます）の提供にあたり、ユーザーの皆様のプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めます。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリにおける個人情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリでは、以下の情報を収集することがあります。
1.1 ユーザーが提供する情報
- アカウント情報: メールアドレス、パスワード（暗号化して保存）、表示名
- 赤ちゃんの情報: 名前、生年月日、性別
- 育児記録: 授乳、排泄、睡眠、沐浴などの記録データ
1.2 自動的に収集される情報
- デバイス情報: 端末の種類、OSバージョン
- 利用状況: アプリの使用状況、クラッシュログ
2. 情報の利用目的
収集した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。
- 本アプリのサービス提供および機能改善
- ユーザーサポートの提供
- 複数デバイス間でのデータ同期
- 家族間でのデータ共有機能の提供

3. 情報の共有
当社は、以下の場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者と共有することはありません。

- ユーザーデータはGoogle Firebase（Firestore）に暗号化して保存されます
- パスワードはハッシュ化して保存され、当社を含む誰も閲覧できません
- 通信はSSL/TLSにより暗号化されています
- データは適切なアクセス制御により保護されています
5. データの保持期間
ユーザーデータは、アカウントが有効な間保持されます。アカウントを削除した場合、関連するすべてのデータは30日以内に完全に削除されます。
6. ユーザーの権利
ユーザーは以下の権利を有します。
- アクセス権: 保存されている個人情報へのアクセス
- 訂正権: 不正確な情報の訂正を求める権利
- 削除権: アカウントおよびすべての関連データの削除を求める権利
- データポータビリティ: CSVエクスポート機能によるデータの取得
アカウントとデータの削除は、アプリ内の「設定」>「アカウントを削除」から実行できます。
7. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、保護者が子どもの育児記録を管理するためのアプリです。子どもの情報は保護者の責任において入力・管理されます。当社は、子どものプライバシー保護に特に配慮し、収集した情報を適切に管理します。
8. Cookie等の使用
本アプリはWebアプリケーションではないため、Cookieは使用しません。ただし、認証情報の保持のために端末内にセキュアな方法でトークンを保存します。

10. プライバシーポリシーの変更
当社は、必要に応じて本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内通知またはメールでお知らせします。変更後も本アプリを継続して利用された場合、変更後のプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

datalabbit ("the Company") respects the privacy of users of ikuji ("the App") and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in the App.

The App may collect the following information:

- Account Information: Email address, password (stored encrypted), display name
- Baby Information: Name, date of birth, gender
- Care Records: Feeding, diaper changes, sleep, bathing, and other care data
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Device Information: Device type, OS version
- Usage Data: App usage patterns, crash logs
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information for:
- Providing and improving App services
- Providing user support
- Syncing data across multiple devices
- Enabling family data sharing features
- Improving App quality and fixing bugs
- Addressing Terms of Service violations
3. Information Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following cases:
- With Your Consent: Such as family data sharing when you explicitly grant permission
- Legal Requirements: When required by law
- Service Providers: Cloud services (Firebase) and other necessary service providers
4. Data Storage and Security
- User data is stored encrypted in Google Firebase (Firestore)
- Passwords are hashed and cannot be viewed by anyone, including us
- Communications are encrypted using SSL/TLS

5. Data Retention
User data is retained while the account is active. If an account is deleted, all associated data will be completely removed within 30 days.
6. Your Rights
Users have the following rights:
- Access: Access to stored personal information
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate information
- Deletion: Request deletion of account and all associated data
- Data Portability: Export data via CSV export feature
Account and data deletion can be performed through "Settings" > "Delete Account" in the App.
7. Children's Privacy
This App is designed for parents to manage their children's care records. Children's information is entered and managed under parental responsibility. We are particularly careful about protecting children's privacy and manage collected information appropriately.
8. Cookies
As this is not a web application, we do not use cookies. However, we securely store authentication tokens on the device.

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. For significant changes, we will notify you through in-app notifications or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
